Towing Nightmare

I called AAA because my son's car would not start and I needed a tow. They dispatched Critchlow to my location. The tow truck driver was the rudest, most un-comsumer friendly person that I ever had the displeasure of dealing with in my entire life. Upon arriving, he realized that my car was all-wheel drive and required a flatbed truck. He became angry and instructed me to leave my car in the middle of my son's high school parking lot. When I protested and explained that I was uncomfortable leaving my car in the middle of the lane, he retorted that this is why I have insurance on my vehicle. I demanded that he move my car into a parking spot. He angrily complied explaining that I had to wait with the car and that it would be at least an hour. After waiting for two and a half hours, I finally convinced AAA to send a substitute and I got my car towed.

I had my car stolen by a Critchlow tow truck driver. I also had an encounter with the screaming driver who was another guy. Horrible.
